New York Takeover draws from a curated roster of ten NYC drag performers.
For each booking, two or four queens are selected based on:

Fit for your audience and vibe
You're guaranteed a balanced lineup - hosting ability, performance range, and crowd control are all accounted for.

What is The New York Takeover?

New York Takeover (NYT) is a touring drag showcase featuring a rotating roster of top-tier New York City performers. We bring energy, polish, and the chaos of NYC nightlife to venues across the country - fully produced, professionally run, and built to drive bar sales.
Venues book two or four queens, and we handle everything else.

Depending on the package, your booking includes:
2 or 4 New York-based drag performers
A professionally curated lineup (not random bookings)
Full performance sets designed for your venue
A dedicated showrunner (included with NYT Full)
Promotion support and advanced coordination
We arrive prepared, on time, and ready to work the room.

NYT Duo Takeover:
$2,500 base rate ($1,900 intro, select markets*, and weekdays)
Includes 2 performers
Travel & lodging billed separately or arranged by venue
NYT Full Takeover:
$4,500 base rate ($3,500 intro, select markets*, and weekdays)
Includes 4 performers and a show runner
Travel & lodging billed separately or arranged by venue
Rates reflect talent fees, production oversight, and professional execution.

Because New York Takeover is a touring production, travel and lodging costs vary by market and date.
We offer two easy options:
Venue provides hotel accomodations, we coordinate travel
We manage all travel and lodging and invoice at cost
No markups, no surprises - just transparency.
Can the venue provide hotel rooms instead?

Yes - and many venues prefer this.
If you have a hotel partner or comp rooms available, we're happy to coordinate directly.

New York Takeover is typically booked as a flat-fee show, allowing venues to focus on bar sales.
That said, ticketed or split-door events are possible in select markets. We'll discuss this options after initial interest, based on your venue's goals and capacity.

You're welcome to request preferences, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Final lineups are confirmed in advance to ensure quality and reliability.

How far in advance should we book?
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4-8 weeks notice, especially for weekends or Pride-related dates. Longer lead times are better because they help us optimize travel and promotion.
Will we receive a refund on travel/lodging if another venue in the region books in the same window (stacked bookings)?
Will we receive a refund on travel/lodging if another venue in the region books in the same window (stacked bookings)?
If your venue books the New York Takeover we will do our due diligence to book additional venues in the region in the timeframe you booked. Seven days after you've confirmed and paid for your booking we will confirm travel/lodging. We wait a week between you booking us and confirming travel/lodging in the event we're able to secure additional venues in the region and time. If we are able to book additional venues, we'll evenly divide the total travel/lodging costs between the venues, reducing the travel expense burden on each venue.
After you've paid and additional venues book after the seven day window and you've already paid for the travel/lodging, you will receive a pro-rated credit towards your next booking.
For example:
Venue A books and pays the booking fee and travel/lodging costs (example: $1000 in travel/lodging).
Venue B in the same region and timeframe books as well within 7 days of Venue A (example: $1000 in travel/lodging / 2 venues = $500 per venue)
Venue C in the same region and timeframe books after 7 days of Venue A (example: Venues A & B already paid for travel. $1000 in travel/lodging / 3 venues = $333.33 per venue; Venue A & B: $500 - $333.33 = $166.67 pro-rated credit towards your next booking.)
